When a "woman" is elected as a public representative, is the provision in the constitution for 'arbitrary administration' by the husband in her name..?

 In the web series 'Panchayat' released on Amazon Prime, we all have seen how a woman elected as a people's representative is subjected to arbitrary administration by her husband as a ruler.  In all public events the husband is honored instead of the woman.  When the administration is done by Pradhanpati instead of women in every office, the question arises that if all the administration and work is to be done by the husband, then after his election, he has to become a mere servant and do only housework, then why because of women's reservation, Panchayat to Parliament.  50 percent of women have got seats.  But women have power only in name.  Behind the scenes men are in charge.  Although the government claims to empower women, the real flaw is that only enough women are used to fill the reserved seats.  After that, the elected woman holds the position only in name.  This situation is especially seen in the village panchayats.

 Even today in elections, when men's seats do not come and that seat is reserved only for women, the power-hungry wolf takes away the seat by putting his wife ahead, while the women who have been working for years are deprived of their rights.  Leave the right but when elected the administration is done by her husband.

Even though the officials of the government know everything, they allow it to happen, because if they protest, they are afraid that they will wash their hands with the percentage they have.  So when the authorities are giving support in this way, still these mentally narrow people like me or women are not capable of administration.  It is a matter of debate why the system remains silent against the administration done by her husband in local elections when the male dominated society is competing with its coin in every region of the world.

The tendency to scare people by printing their photos in big banners and do their own work is still going on in the 21st century.  Some government officials are responsible somewhere for this situation, which accelerates the administration of women by their husbands instead of them.  The big question is how to validate whatever decision is taken by women only in name.  Aware and educated people should come forward and protest so that the tradition we have given is not repeated in future and a society is created in which elected women representatives can take their own decisions and act in the interest of women.
